You have to assume that the guy has probaly never sat the bench, he is at the top level of competition in the nation here at LSU. He has no frame of reference for this, he has never has to take the back seat. He is young, hopefully some of the other players and coaches can intervene... we would hate to lose him. Lets hope he has the head and heart to stay and compete..

A lot of freshman go through growing pains and get homesick. We forget that these guys are still young, they are big in body but not big in mind (yet). So they are still 18 yr olds and they still miss Mommy. They are also used to being the big man on campus and it's a culture shock when they come to LSU and they're not. He'll be fine.

i'm sure LC is evaluated in practice all the time against the freakishly good and deep DL LSU trots out there. If he could help a good bit, he'd be on the field. So, he just needs to keep working hard. Heck, he could be a starter on another top 3 team next season, maybe protecting Mettenberger's blind side.

With all of the young talent on this team, it would be hard to imagine LSU not starting next season at #1 and LC being a starter.
Thank God Twitter wasn't around when I was a teen, because I definately said/thought some dumb shite that, fortunately, only got as far as the people who were there when I said it.
