re: Les says Lee still starter, JJ will get some play

Maybe Lester is just saying it to give other teams something else to prepare for, but has no intention of really playing him in a game. Think of all the BS he used to spill about RS lining up at QB during his freshman season and he still has yet to throw his first pass.

Yep...because as soon as JJ starts doing something well, he'll see progressively more and more playing time. This is going to get very tricky...
Who knows if this is true? RP played well but didn't get more playing time. But he was prepared for the SEC championship game in part because of the playing time he got.

This. How many times last year did he say we would see Ford, but then Ford didn't see the field?

Defenses now have more to prepare for. Florida is pissed.

fricking bullshite, the way Lee is playing he shouldnt have to worry about looking over his shoulder and worrying if JJ will step in and play b/c he made a mistake.

I only say this because of the extremely long leash JJ has gotten when given opportunities at LSU. Also, remember that RP was backing up Matt Flynn and JJ is behind JL.

Les Miles
all of JJ's plays will be scripted wildcat bullshite. who fricking cares? It'll probably work a lot of the time. if it doesn't it will cease to exist.

shite, Miles just said JJ will get opportunity similar to what Lee got to play in every game. Look forward to 3-4 wasted series per game now.

The thing is.. I don't want him to take snaps even at the goal line.. which is one of lee's best area's with his touch.

I don't see the need to waste multiple series per game while JJ tries to run the option etc. This shite WILL cost us games.

I'd rather Lee not be distracted by having JJ's face in the rear view mirror.

I have learned to believe every prediction you make will result in the complete opposite happening.
Thanks for making us undefeated.

RIP LSU season 2011. It was a good run.
This. I've never booed before in Tiger Stadium, but the first time #9 trots out of QB I will start booing. "But it's okay, I'll be booing the coach."

According to many around here, only idiots and Rantards could possibly think this was true.
No.
The idiots and rantards translate "JJ will get some play" to "it's only a matter of time before Miles benches Lee and makes JJ the starter again".
Rantards gonna tard.

MIles should play this the same way hes play Mett. JJ gets mop up duty. When the game is still undecided, it should be Lee.
unfortunately, i doubt this happens, and io fear it could affect Lee's/the offense's tempo.
