I somewhat feel bad for him, though as Tatum said letting outsiders stay in his room and giving them a building access card is a no no even if they aren’t fugitives. Dude just had to follow basic rules and he wouldn’t be in this situation.
Sadly, I don’t think stupidity makes him innocent in this case. This won’t be resolved any time soon as he is likely guilty of something that could get you years in prison. I don’t expect to see him at LSU ever again. May never play football again.

The dude was letting two guys who MURDERED someone hide out in his dorm
Let that sink in.
He is comfortable enough with killers that he let them stay at his place of residence. fricking insane. Get that trash away from the program

Are we going to continue to be this obtuse about this shite?
You really gonna act like Lindsey was letting them use his room for bible study?
They were close enough to him to the point where they could crash at his place when he wasn’t even home. That means they were close enough for Lindsey to know they were no good.
Stop playing this semantic game

I feel bad for the kid......but c'mon man.
You saying he's not to blame and he's not responsible for his actions/choices???
Let me guess... he's a product of a bad system that's meant to keep the young black men down?? Dear lord our society is pillow soft!

I may have missed it, but do they know how long they were in his dorm.
If it was a night or 2 I could see him not knowing and being better for his case. If it was a couple weeks or more, that’s a bad look.

Single women most of whom are libs are devastating this country. Lack of moral standards has produced them. No one asks why morals have gone into the crapper can. I guess its taboo to expect people to take responsibility for their behavior.

I’m sure they can but it’s irrelevant. What matters is that he knew, not whether they can prove it.

This isn't a case where the murderers killed a guy and then went to their buddy, JT, and stayed with him, without him possibly knowing. The Alexandria Police department had been actively looking for these guys since late May.
Unless JT had zero contact with friends and family back home throughout all of June and July, there is absolutely no way he would not have heard from someone through the grapevine that police were looking for two of his good friends in connection with a murder.
The suspects, Shemell Jacobs and Keldrick Jordan, were arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service in the Riverbend Building of the Nicholson Gateway dormitory on August 4, according to local news station WAFB-TV.
The murder suspects were allegedly staying at Lindsey’s on-campus apartment for nearly two weeks, according to the news station. When they were arrested by the marshals, multiple guns were found in the residence, per the outlet.
The teenagers were wanted in the shooting and death of Corey Brooks, which took place in their hometown of Alexandria, Louisiana, in May.
Per press release in late May:
APD is also actively seeking the public’s help in locating two additional suspects involved in this case: Shemell Jacobs, 17, and Keldrick Jordan, 18, both wanted for armed robbery and second-degree murder.

How would they say he knew if they can’t prove it… that would be speculation in a court of law

What has been reported is that someone involved told police Lindsey knew they were wanted for murder and there were text messages to back it up.
Allegedly of course

Allegedly, he told a friend they were staying there and he knew about it. It sounds like the friend told authorities.

The media will find some way to blame CBK, you know it’s coming.
