Tabasco and Lousiana/Crystal serve two completely different purposes. My kitchen will never go without a bottle of both.

tabasco is used after serving..crystal/louisiana/cajun chef are used for browning/smothering/color and can be used as a topping.

Only Tabasco in our house...probably the only one you're going to see much outside of LA or the world for that matter. It's literally everwhere. My nephew works for the company and brings us freebies sometimes!

I haven't had that in years! I'd forgotten all about it. Good stuff. I just found their website and am ordering some, thanks!

Tabasco and Louisiana for cooking.

Louisiana and Crystal as an add-on. Crystal is a bit sweeter than Louisiana IMO. Both are damned good on a boiled egg...

Drago's charbroiled.

People around here say Mansur's charbroild oysters(actually chargrilled)are just as good as Drago's and definitely the best in town. At least you don't have to drive an hour to get them.

Cajun Chef, Crystal, Louisiana, Tobasco and Garlic Tobasco....always keep all five in stock in the cabinet.

Lately, I've been on a Cajun Chef kick. Love it.
