It's amazing how much quieter this board is today than it was Friday night.

Sorry, I meant Thursday night. My brain is still on Game 1 = Friday.

I loved watching the kid throw 6 pieces of protective equipment on the ground for the first base coach to pick up. No manners!

Smith made some awesome plays for us this weekend. He didn't hit well early on but he'll come around.
Walker was great even when he wasn't hitting his spots earlier he still managed to keep himself out of much trouble.
I was intrigued by Willis yesterday (or was it thurs that he got his first real playing time this weekend?) since he only got sparse playing time in mop up duty earlier in the year I figured he was either not good enough or not polished yet. He made one goof at 1st (I think it was him at least), and would probably say he needs more work there to get more confortable, but overall I liked what I saw especially at bat. He could be a nice addition or at least platoon player for us.
Hopefully Cabrera and Watson will be OK. We'll need them both. How bout dups crushing it?

Never seen how it works when base runners leave their stuff for 1st or 3rd base coach?
Or how about when they don't run all the way back to the dugout for their cap and glove?

Don't come at me with your vast experience and knowledge of the current game, Junior. For the last 3 years my kid played ball for a 6A power house in FL. I see that entitled BS every stinking day. The kid from MSU threw his gear on the ground right in front of his coach. Typical entitled attitude displayed by many of the elite HS and travel ball kids. Based on your response, I assume you're ok with the "world revolves around me because I play ball" mind set. I also deduce you're too young to have seen or experienced anything different!
