We are always leaving three point shooters to give help defense that never even gets there. For years. Same thing.

Piss poor way to close that half. Pick up a foul and you get one shitty shot from watford on what should have been a two for one possession exchange. Then you just leave a guy wide open for three.

Our offense was pretty bad that half and we still scored 40. Way too many turnovers and missed shots in the paint. Actually shooting fairly well from deep. Days isn't having a good game and Watford is missing lots of close shots he has no business missing.

This team will always go as Watford/Smart go. If they’re committing turnovers and forcing up dumb shots we’re going to lose to teams we shouldn’t. If they play smart and let the game come to them we’ll be great.

LSU being sloppy on both ends is what's kept the game close. We could be up by 10-15 points right now without the dumb turnovers, dumb fouls and missed shots around the rim.

I totally agree. Too much of the offense goes through him for him not to be closing plays out with buckets. It’s wasted possessions. And he’s not really even getting double teamed. He’s either missing near the rim or turning it over. There’s just something about his low post game that isn’t effective. He’s not particularly quick and he’s not a leaper.. Leads to a lot of challenged and subsequently missed shots.
