Exactly a short form extension will not ratify some hidden prior change to the original contract. He will at least have to have seen it or it out in front of him.

....The entire top admin needs to go , Pres, A.D , the lot of 'em . What a damn clusterf*** . Altering a signed contract ???? WTF ??!! Oh yeah , lots of top coaches and associates and faculty LINING UP to come here ! NOT !! I am EMBARRASSED of my alma mater... My gawd-ahmighty!

I was one who was giving Alleva the benefit of the doubt on a lot of things particularly as it applied to the Miles situation. But something like this? It would not just be he 600K we owe Chavis if true....we are talking damages on top of this. Start thinking 1.8 million.
