I think that was the worst part, we were dominated up front so much, Bama didn't need to load the box that much.
Yeah that was the demoralizing part. they are just so deep in the front 7. talent wise our 1st team matches up nicely but our 2nd teamers arent as good as bama's. in 2015 bama had so much dline talent they were able to put 2 nts on the field against us. most teams can find one true nt and bama had 2. The talent there is unreal. their 2016 front 7 had as many players with a 1st rd grade as our entire team.

This is the 4th time I have watched this and we still cannot score? Hoping one day we can! lol
We had opportunities! We beat ourselves.

So you are saying he had ZERO to do with the offense last year correct???? Is that what you are saying????
Show me your facts to where he had zero say in how the offense was run.....

show me anytime in his 32 year career where he ran an offense.
our relationship on here will go a lot smoother if you just admit you don't know shite about sports.
maybe one day you'll actually contribute to a thread on posting in instead of whining about my posts. that's literally all you ever do.
your posting consists of 2 types of posts....
1. being horribly inaccurate in your assessments and prediction of a sport
2. whining about my posts.
That's it.

Its an opinion... Just like yours... AGAIN You have ZERO clue how involved he was... Its just an opinion....

Never been an OC... However he was A factor in how the USC AND LSU offense was run... Until you have facts that he didn't... You need to STFU...........
If you think O didn't have A say in how the offense was run last year you are A total fool.................

Are you talking about during his interim stints? If so, hell, all he had to do was tell Ensminger and whoever was the OC at USC "go all out, we have nothing to lose."

You really think that happened???
He was very much part of how the offense was run... And WHY??? Unlike LES who made the offense simple because of trust... Coach O went over things with Ens and said hey this looks good... Etling himself said that they ran plays in practice while Miles was there and Miles would not run them in the games....
Once Miles was gone they opened it up and I am pretty sure O had A say in it...........

this is just another example of you not contributing to the thread and doing nothing but running that dick sucker of yours about my posts.
It's clear you don't have enough sports knowledge to actually contribute anything to the thread so you just reply to my contributions becauseit hurts your little lady parts

You didn't know what an individual record is in football.
You didn't know that every cfb team gets its next play from the sideline.
You said that every nfl team that has a top 10 pick has a bad oline.
You said an offense with 1 yard of offense that wins IS MORE productive than an offense with 600 yards of offense in a loss.
That's just a few off the top of my head.

just like you don't have any facts that say Miles wasnt running our defense during his entire tenure at lsu.
Never been an OC... However he was A factor in how the USC AND LSU offense was run
prove it.

if you think a 55 year old career dline coach runs/ran the 2016 lsu offense, youre the fool everyone knows you to be.
Do you give Miles the credit for the defenses during his tenure?
I'm guessing not. it's just another example of you applying logic to one coach and not to another lsu coach because you like the new coach.
until you can prove O helped design our offensive game plans, shut, boy.

There are some games LSU lost that I would watch again but this isn't one.

in 32 years he has never proven he can run a successful offense. You have no facts to back your opinion up.

It's amazing how all of the sudden what our offense does against shite competition is really meaningful.
Do you remember when I used to point out that in 2015 lsu finished above ohio state, bama, and gay in offensive yards per game and offensive points per game? Your Reply to that was to ask how we did against good defenses.
now that Miles is gone it doesn't matter of we put up numbers comparable to the 1/9 game. it's no longer the head coaches fault when offensive players look lost on critical plays.

against weak teams and you've repeatedly said that yards against weak teams are meaningless.

it doesn't take much to win at LSU all he has to do is coach them up
Posted on 7/11/17 at 7:55 am to NorthshoreTiger76
Walking through the house and saw the replay was going on. I sat down for a couple of minutes to watch. Think it was around 3:46 of the 3rd quarter when we inside the Bama 35 or 40 and Bama was hit for 3 personal fouls but those penalties were offset by 1 LSU personal foul. I got up and walked away. Last two games in TS against these games and LSU was jerked over by BS personal foul calls.

Yards per game doesn't mean crap unless you win.... that is something about football you will never understand......
Posted on 7/11/17 at 8:44 am to dukke v
Most of u guys haven't ever played football. U get down on the QB when it is the offense line is the one that doesn't give him any time! Put Hurts of Bama behind Lsu"s offense line last year & he would suck!!!

I pray to sweet baby Jesus that one day I wont have to click on threads and see dumbass Rickdaddy (and sometimes PeeJ) having stupid pissing matches.

It means offensive production which is what we are talking about idiot.
and offense with 600 yards of offense in a loss is more productive than a offense with 1 yard in a win. You don't understand anything about football. even things that are common knowledge.
