I don't think it's crazy.
some times you really do post the most rediculous shite.
The entire Pro game moves at a different level than college. It would be akin to LSU/Alabama playing Tulane (or worse).

The only acceptable comparison is college to high school

Agreed.....People usually exaggerate this topic one way or the other. If you combined LSu and Bama onto 1 team, they might not be able to score against the dolphins, but they could probably hold them to a 31-0 type game

NFL schemes are way too complicated and they could exploit mismatches over and over and over.
If college players did this as a job like NFL players did, they'd have a chance. But they just don't have the time to.

neither QB would be able to score
however, with that being said, if you combine the best of LSU's defense & the best of Alabama's defense, I like their chances holding Indy to not that many points...maybe 31-3.
I honestly think it could be something like 35-0 if they played at their absolute best. The defenses could be okay, although they'd still get dominated hard at the line of scrimmage.
The offenses would never score. They'd turn the ball over a ton and give the defense terrible field position to work with.

why hold it to just BAMA/LSU?? you could roll out an entire all american team out there and it would still be a 60-0 slaughter. a bunch of 19-21 year olds against 26-30 year olds in their prime who have been playing-training NFL football for 5 years??? only an idiot would think it would be even close.

Either team would get smoked. But you could say that it would take an NFL team to beat them. That's a pretty extreme statement and almost defensible.

Its not terribly crazy. Look at Cam Newton. Guy is having a great year and TR could start right now for the steelers.
Joseph Addai and Reggie Bush would both start in front of Trent. Perhaps that won't be true in the near future but it is today.

the worst team in the NFL would slaughter the combined rosters of LSU and Alabama

The worse team in the nfl would destroy a college team. You're talking about highly trained highly skilled grown-arse men with grown men strength playing kids essentially. This should never even be debated.

Yeah the Indianapolis Colts would win 195-0 against the best college football team.

Maybe not 74-0 but pretty bad!!! But after watching the Saints last week 74-0 might be kinda low...

If you saw what the Saints did to Indy it would make that look like a close game.

Years ago - there was a series where the Super Bowl Champ would play against a College All Star team. In the beginning the College teams had some success. But, beginning sometime in the 70s it was no contest. I think it ended in the mid to late 70s.
But, an All Star Team of combined LSU/Bama would getting crushed by the worst team in the NFL today, tomorrow and any time after that.

My point exactly...I think you didn't read my post correctly...I think any NFL team would destroy any college team. If you are old enough to remember the old Preseason Allstar games between the College Allstars and The NFL Champions that ended in the 70's...It was usually a beat down.

Some of the skill players might look like they belonged on the same field, but the lines would be brutally demolished (and, in turn, the RB and QB) and the game would probably be called off before the clock hit 00:00.

College all stars 20 - 17 over Green Bay in 1963.
