Their defense has prayed on our offensive ineptness since 2011. Their offense didn't stay stagnant, and tried to find ways to out scheme our defense.

Now, we are doing the same because our coaches don't have their head up their asses. This is the first time in 8 years that we have an offense that is not born in the 80's, and have a QB who can complete the forward pass.

You need to chill out

Maybe in previous years, but there's a confidence in this team I haven't seen in a LSU I haven't seen in a long time. I don't think they're scared of anyone...

You can’t get a hard on due to mental issues

I have complete confidence in the players and coaching staff. LSU won a very hard fought game against a Top 10 team when they didn’t have their best.

Also, the coaches and players are not scared of Bama, that’s just stupid. Every team goes into their games believing they can win. I don’t know if it’ll be enough to beat Bama in Tuscaloosa, but this team is great and will compete like hell, win or lose.

It appears some fans are “mental cases” about Alabama.

Actually pretty damn excited baw... but whatever, if it satisfies your bro-needs sure. Everyone is scared except you boss man.

And don’t try to tell me you don’t enjoy a flame thread. It’s what you do. It’s what you like. Cool, whatever. It’s technically against the rules here, but no one really cares...

There was much more willingly self-incriminating information on that first page, so don’t even act like I came at you hard lmao — just wanted to make sure you weren’t an undiscovered Bammer.

I think saying we are scared is a huge leap, but we certainly have a mental block versus them. Anyone who says differently is fooling themselves and may want to do a youtube search on "make their arse quit". Truth of the matter is our players have quit and played liked pussies versus Bama for about 8 years now. Until that changes, they blow us out.

We should score but, Juedy and company is what I worry about. Those guys can change the situation in a second.

WAS vs IS.

Be smart. The Psychology shifted when the offense shifted and Burrow and Brady arrived. If you don't recognize that, hope your career does not require good thinking.

this just hasn’t been true for some years now. This year is different. But they have been much deeper on the lines than us the last half decade. That’s just the facts bubba

Not counting 2011 NCG, exactly two of those games were blowouts. You think it’s a leap to say they’re scared... I think it’s more than a leap to say they quit or don’t play hard in these games.

Idk what’s gonna happen when the 4th quarter clock ticks zero on 11/9, but I’m confident in saying it won’t be a blowout.

I agree that LSU has had mental issues against Bama the last several years, especially last year. I honestly think the coaches need to approach it differently. They over stress for this game, and the week off before does not help at all.

There is one difference this year. The defense had always played well based on the fact the offense had been so inept the past few years. The difference this time is Joe Brady and Joe burrow, they have formed a new offense together and I can promise you this Joe Brady has coached for the saints, he is not going to be intimidated by Nick saban's defense. Now with that being said I do expect a completely different game then the shutouts we had the past 2 years. I believe they will beat them when I see it though, but I do feel this is the first time in a while that we have a legitimate shot. Whether we pull it off or not will be a different story

Yeah, I didn't understand that comment either. In 2012 and 2014, we had them beat and let it slip away in the dying seconds. In 2016, they needed about three holds on one play to finally get into the endzone in the 4th quarter.

You could even argue that 2013 (fumble on goal line), 2015 (missed tunnel screen), and 2017 (overthrown sure TD) all had early opportunities to make those games look different.

I wouldn't say we quit or "played like pussies" for 8 years.

I mean I hope this is finally THE SEASON that we turn it, BUT you are correct, so I'm not going to downvote your post. The folks who are downvoting are being unfair. They know you're right, but they don't want to hear it.
