I thought FSU edged out Louisville for the Orange Bowl. Doesn't the highest ranked ACC team go to the OB?
The Orange Bowl clearly wanted F$U over Louisville and the committee made it happen.
As to the OP, why would the Citrus Bowl take LSU over Florida, a team that beat LSU on our home field and also played for the SEC Championship?

Only drawback with Citrus )and since I live in Orlando I hope that's where the Tigers go) is that kickoff is 10am CST. Worried about the early early kickoff

Ask Fox Sports and ESPN, their bowl projections have us in the Citrus Bowl
