I got a bad feeling Torina will panic if she loses this game and just pitch Heavener the rest of the Non-conference slate to keep the team's head over water and then she will be worn out before SEC starts.
Losing (so far) to Leftwich is not good for her future here.

Maybe since all of the football and basketball players are getting 6th, 7th, even 8th years of eligibility and even those who played in foreign leagues... we have a former NCAA Division I national championship MVP pitcher on our campus.. maybe we can get her eligibility again??? Lol

What I have seen so far, this will be Beth's last year.
Pitching is terrible, so far. Hitting is bad today. If you have games like this against ANY SEC team, you will be run ruled.
None of the transfers so far have been worth anything. And this is against North Carolina State (who had a losing record last year) and Nevada.
They can't hit change ups.

Yeah, I don’t really have any melting left in the tank for Beth Torina. Not sure I’ve ever wanted a coach at LSU prove me wrong more than Torina. But until it actually happens you can almost surely expect a 42-16 regional final season
