LSU 48-3.

Lee throws for around 200 yards, 1 TD, and no picks.
Receivers play much better.
Ford and Ware combine for over 200 yards.

Anyone that thinks/expects Lee to throw for 200 yards is setting themselves up for disappointment. He will throw a few passes, for sure, but LSU will run run run run run run. Running is a huge advantage for LSU in this game because of NWST's small line. Running helps move the game along faster, and the fewer plays LSU runs in this game, the better. As long as LSU is ahead by at least 3 scores, I expect to see backups the whole second half, after the first series. Unless we break a few big plays, I expect our yardage to be in the mid 300's, with most of that being on the ground.

If LSU WANTED to, the final score could be 70-0. But there is no need for that. The starters don't need to play much.

With LSU playing a bland game with tons of backups, I am looking more toward 31-7. Lee maybe has 120 yards or so...Mettenberger maybe with 50 or so, and the team with about 200 on the ground.

Lee throws for 350 Damn I hope you are right, would love to see this!

Les spoke and said this is an area of their game that MUST improve. This is about the only time to practice it before the grueling schedule begins.

I'm expecting a lot of YAC from our receivers.

Yes...this could happen. It is the only way Lee gets to 200. I would be surprised if Lee throws more than 15 passes.

If LSU doesn't score more than 35 and they allow a TD or something.. This place will be going nuts. The fire Miles talk will start, etc etc.

I don't care If we win by a touchdown. I only want a win with no injuries.

However, I predicted 45-0 because I think this is one of the worst teams we've played in TS.

Earlier I thought LSU would win 42-3, but that was before I learned how bad NSU is.

I think we're gonna get criticized, but Lee needs to get his rhythm with the recievers, so we'll air it out some against them. Lee gets pulled after he gets 200 yds- and then Mett goes for 120.

LSU 58-0

As much as I love CFB, I wish there was a smaller gap between the really bad teams and the top programs. I really would list to see another subdivision be created so that division 1A would only have 64 teams and from that, teams could only schedule 1 game a year from outside of 1A (or whatever they want to call it).
