Yeah, basically, LSU would have assumed the rev share committed by UW. Williams could not have collected rev shares from both but didn't impact his third party NIL opportunities.
I can't imagine Williams would have thought he would have been able to collect rev shares from both.

Any player signing with Washington better think twice. Your school is going to sue its own players, lol. Also, any back up Washington QB should start looking elsewhere now. They should have zero back ups at QB besides maybe an incoming freshman or walk on.
