Luck in baseball is scoring a run on a passed ball, bases loaded walk to tie the game, or even a hard hit ball down the line and the ball kicks off the bag; and not hitting a double with runners on 1st and 2nd down to your last out…..

Bottom line..... Texas hit the ball better in that game than they have all year and it wasn't good enough.
If LSU gets that kind of production out of Nola in the 9 hole, its not even a game.....

Just like with any sporting event, after it is all said and done, all that really matters is whether you have a "W" or a "L". LSU has a "W" and Texas has a "L". LSU needs one more "W" to be National Champs. Texas needs two "W"'s. My money is on LSU...

Huh, who would've thought that in the game of baseball you'd need good relief pitching, get guys out in big-time situations and at the same time get some clutch hitting. That baseball sure can be a tricky game sometimes.

1) Just a dumb arse comment!!! Seriously, do you think we were going to blow out Texas 30 -0? These are the two best teams all year and the two best in the World Series.
2) Yes, I can talk trash because I can. I respect Texas but I can't freaking stand them.
3) Yes we did have clutch hitting, but that's what Pro & College baseball is all about. And by the way we did leave alot of runs on the bag.

It was one of the best college baseball games I have ever seen. It had long ball, clutch hits, clutch pitching, and drama all over the place.
I would'nt be suprised if they don't go to a 5 game series or maybe 7 like the world series. That would be sweet, IMO.
