I think some of these guys count on the weekly press conference to get at least one hot meal a week so they don't want to chance it by asking a real question.

i think it was pretty clear why we kick instead of punt. we are getting better distance and hang time on kicks.

Maybe because Helton is inconsistent. At least he knew Jasper would get it into MSU territory. Helton could have shanked it and put MSU in much better field position.

he average 40 yards net per punt with pressure, with no pressure, he should get better hangtime than a kickoff while kicking it almost as far, hell, he punted one like 65 yards
