Downs used to get such a good jump on the snap that he was incorrectly called for offsides several times.

Made the Freshman All-America Squad. Has pretty good TFL and sack numbers when compared to his playing time. Dude is the real deal (not Evander Holyfield).

he obviously hasn't developed, he's probably an attrition candidate for next year... extremely disappointing, hopefully Alleva will hold someone accountable

Not a surprise to me. JD got a lot of love and PT in the Spring Game and did fairly well. He looked as big as an aircraft carrier and he managed to chase Mett around a lot. Also Miles loves his seniors... Dont worry, Freak and Ego will get plenty of action.

Make no mistake Miles is using more pyschology this year. He's knows he has to win the NC this year!!! From putting number #2 on the rings too starting unexpected players.
