So what you're saying is it's time to open the coaching changes board.

can’t give candidates names... They’re under contract elsewhere and should they fall through don’t want them in trouble for shopping around... DL coach is a familiar name with NFL experience though. Not set in atone, but looking likely
When people bump this to call you out for being wrong, are you gonna rage quit and then come back 2 weeks later on this board too like you did on the recruiting board last year?

Oh here comes VolTiger with some great insight!

As long as Raymond leaves I’m happy

So just Raymond and you’re happy?
He’s like our 6th biggest problem.

Random thoughts on this:
-if true DON’T underestimate JBE’s ability to screw this up politically
-if true how loose are the lips in the Athletic Dept? Maybe this explains why Pelini is checking out more than normal
-it’s been said already but needs to be repeated the people toting the purse strings have to be getting tired of these Assistant Coach misses. This isn’t Monopoly $ Coach O is playing with. Do they trust O to make a good hire or does someone step in and force his hand? If the latter how does that dynamic work out.

Really? With the exception of last year, when was the last time we had a good Oline?
Our OL wasn't that good last year. Burrow masked a lot of their deficiencies.

New offensive coordinator would be great. Don't see why you fire Pelini now, getting rid of him isn't going to magically make the 4-3 work.

And also, was Brady even Orgeron's idea?
No, E told O he needed to bring him in after Brady gave the offensive staff a presentation.
For all the hate E gets, Brady isn’t here if he doesn’t tell O to bring him in.

How about a new AD that doesn’t sell the soul of the program to the SJWs and run off the fan base?

It’s a fricking message board. Some of these situations are fluid and change. I think some of the posters on here need a timeout. Y’all take this shite way too serious.

I don’t see O doing anything or taking this team anywhere
Posted on 12/6/20 at 8:53 am to beauchristopher
Saban has made a living rehabbing coaches. Maybe O can do it.

+2...

He may not get another year because of Title IX. Woodward has basically isolated O and, they are no longer on speaking terms. O’s antics are getting out of control.

To be honest, no. I’ve come to this site and waited on the “promises” you’ve made here regarding coaching changes and recruiting to come true and they haven’t time and time again. Especially in the last two years. So no, Vol, I don’t feel better about the bullshite you spread on this site.

I know someone who talks to Saban everyday, they are best friends. They spoke not long ago about the struggles we are seeing....he had one simple thought around it all. Every year, he sees coaches and players leave, every year. When he brings in new coaches, nothing changes with scheme and process. You can bring in new guys, but the scheme and process can’t change. If it does, you’ll see what we see this year....keep it simple.

Thanks Vol. Don’t listen to these squirrels.
