I’m giving the owner the benefit of doubt. Obviously, the owner thinks that it was you. He has you confused with the guy next to you that was guilty. By passing out drinks to kids, the bar owner’s entire livelihood is at risk. Is he irrational- probably. Can you imagine losing everything that you poured your entire life into because someone that looks like you made him lose his liquor license.
If you felt the need to request a viewing of the security tape, your attempt to prove your innocence failed long before that.
Sounds like you mouthed off to me.
I side with the bar owner.

Yea, I won’t be supporting Rocco’s anymore. I would advise all LSU fans to do the same, but you can do whatever you feel. There are plenty of places in Omaha that treat LSU fans like their own.

I mean -- it's pretty simple...
As many have said on the 9 page thread -- you either file a report, or move on.
Even if the video "goes missing", having the cops show up while the bar is busy, with customers everywhere, will cause a stir... But it seems like you're insistent on not doing anything about it, so why even post? You worried about what your former boss would say?

don't know about Nebraska laws but where I live it's legal to give your kids alcoholic beverages in a restaurant as long as they're your kids and you are with them 100% of the time, plus, I'd be willing to bet there's little to no booze in Rocco's Jello shots,

A police report has been filled now for those saying it’s made up. Found out they were telling other customers and laughing about it.
