Fans are retarded. As long as the players are still buying in, I'm patient with the coaches for this year because overall the team has experience. CFB can be streaky as frick. But Les's leash has to be short as frick with the boosters

I'm just a fan of letting things play out. I think that's the most rational thing to do.

If we would have fired Les last season, I would have been absolutely fine with that. We didn't. I'm not gonna get worked up over one game this season. If we underachieve this year, he should be fired. It's really not that hard of a concept.

No offense, but players are always like this when their coach has a fire hot seat.

Go read some tweets during AL Golden's (or Folden as Miami fans put it), "dead man walking" tour before he was fired midseason. Go read what Florida players tweeted when Muschamp's goose was just about cooked. Or maybe what they said about Pelini.

These kids will continue to play no matter what.

I'm glad to see the players are sticking together.

This has to be very tough on them. I know they care about Miles. I care about Miles but as a coach, well, I've said my piece on that.

I feel bad for the players. I honestly do. I'm assuming they've seen the writing on the wall and I'm sure that tears them up.

What Miles is, has is a better word, done to the players sure isn't fair. Putting them in that position.

People are worked up over one game!!!

People are worked up because Les had an entire off season to fix the problem.... and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem!

I think everyone supports the players and wants to see them do great things. We want the coaches to support them more and give them the best opportunity for victory.

Even though it's really time for les to leave, he lost his flair. I think the love for lsu has blinded him on the fact he don't have what it takes to coach any more. But I'll stick to what I said after the game, this loss will either get them really angry and make a really good push to the play offs or it told us what a embarrasment it will be. But we have to get these rent a games out of the way then you will be able to tell. I'm not counting them out, never, but I won't put my money on it.

The players love Les and will follow Les to the ends of the earth. Too bad it'll probably end like Custer's last stand.

yeah all true

but the funny thing about this thread is since the players still want to win, does that mean the coaches don't?

Cause i know they all want to win, coaches and players. Sometimes things don't work out and it's a bad fit.

I support the players. However most of those athlete tweets are just typical cliche stuff.

We'll see JSU is not going to be an easy out. Especially after what I saw from the offensive line play last week.

Completely Agree.

I'm pissed about the egg we laid in the first game and I'm pissed at LM and CC, but these players work their tails off all off-season. As a fan I can't just pack it up after one game and give up on the team.

Plus I wait all spring and summer for football season. I'm going to be outside smoking a brisket and hanging out with friends watching our game and whatever other games are on and have a damn good time doing it.

After all the crap they have had to hear and if they read this board all of the ingrates masquerading as fans, I would love them to come out and blow out Jacksonville State and then flip off all of the fair weather fans.
