I think Nuss is better suited to run Denbrock's offense
I tend to agree with that but he has too much talent in brennan to let it slip away.
Brennan’s been here, played, had success and if he can connect with receivers and we have a solid running game, I just don’t see any way he is pulled

I would like to think that all of this "who will be the starting qb?" is just a ruse to keep upcoming opponents guessing, if it's that difficult for Kelly to figure it out in this much time maybe we should hold off on having his statue built

What's your obsession with tampons dude? Holy shite.
Nuss is the most complete QB for what Denbrock's offense likely wants with also Howard. The problem is they're both young. Is Nuss developed enough? Guess we'll find out soon enough. Brennan doesn't have mobility and Daniels has no accuracy. Both are more one-dimensional QBs. Nuss gives you an extra layer because he can do both. The question is how far along in development has he gotten? He sure looked like he took a huge leap already in spring which is impressive in itself considering just a few months before he looked lost.

From the people inside the program that I’ve talked to, Nuss has looked the best in practice, has won over the team, and will be the starter against FSU.
And they've determined this all before fall camp? This QB battle will likely play out until the week before we prep for FSU. Then whomever is named the starter will likely be on a very short leash. I don't think BK will hesitate to make a change if the projected starter struggles.

It appears as if you have already been warned about creating alters...
Sounds like he deserves the ban hammer.
We all know he doesn’t have sources. These people are terrible for this site.

Kelly literally gave an interview yesterday and said Nuss was the most talented qb on the roster, there's a thread on the recruiting board about it

I didn't downvote because I want Brennan to start. I simply downvoted because I don't think you know shite.

Don’t be ridiculous. 5th year senior Brennan (with 50,000 loyalty points) will take the first snap. Now go do the right thing.

He knows more than you. He talks to people connected to LSU every day.

But your just gonna skip over him saying Brennan throws the best ball outside the hash and is the best leader. He just needs to get it out on time and keep plays alive. Did you hear the part where Kelly says about Brennan, "Don't count him out"
Or your skipping where he says Daniels is the most explosive and can run 21mph.
Again, you don't know shite and created an altar to pretend you do. That's pathetic.
Kelly will pick the guy that does the 3 things he mentioned in that interview, take care of the FB, get it to playmakers, and keep the play alive. I don't care if its Nuss, Brennan, or Daniels, but I'm not going to pretend I know anything or have insiders.

All I was doing was responding to a comment. I can promise you that this is not an alter and that CBK already has his guy
Posted on 7/19/22 at 3:03 pm to NicotineFree2022
I hope he doesn’t based on practices.

Talent alone doesn’t necessarily make the best starter. In addition, you don’t know a fricking thing.

The players are just with the strength and conditioning coaches during the summer until camp starts
Uhm...have you ever heard of player run practices or did you skip that part? Not to mention that per a new NCAA rule, coaches can work with their players for 2 hours a week.
Sure they are working in strength and conditioning but they are also doing far more than just strength and conditioning.

How can he look the best when they haven’t had practices?
I mean, the players can’t even be around the on field coaches now. They haven’t done shite but lift since spring. Someone’s fricking with you
You have a lot to learn buddy.

He is super talented but needs to be a bit more careful with the ball.
Only two career interceptions and he needs to be more careful with the ball? Wow, aren't we extremely picky.
Not to mention that in the 15 spring practices it has been reported that Nuss threw far less picks relative to MB and JD.

If you look at the entire picture, the numbers he put up, lack of running game, poor O line play and poor coaching/play calling (plus the fact that they had limited practice due to Covid), I’d say YES I do believe in Myles.
Myles was putting up numbers we all would have killed for before 2019. No reason to think he hasn’t improved and the new staff will put the offense in better position to play well.
Not sure what Myles has done to make people think he can’t play.
Just curious, what makes you think those three games against putrid opposition and in which MB lost two out of the three games he played, with one of those losses being against a Mizzou team with over half of its starting defense sidelined due to Covid Protocols are even a consideration in this latest QB battle that took place in the 15 spring practices and in the spring game? As they are not.

If you actually watched those 3 games, you saw a qb who looked uncomfortable in the pocket
I saw an Oline that was hot garbage. He got sacked 7 times in the opener. It takes a new qb some time to get confortable in the pocket and it will never happen with an oline playing like LSU's in 2020. I'll bet you that Brennan starts against FSU.
