I got your back re: TM, Slow. I don't agree with alot of your "I'm bout to stir shite up on the Rant" talking points but this is one where its hard not to take notice.

I think T-Bob got the Golic brother treatment.

Oh ya LSU has 24 4th quarter comebacks since Moffitt arrived in addition to it's 63-6 record when taking a lead into the 4th quarter..........

Why are you letting Ciron Black off the hook?

Exactly. I've seen him manhandled and beaten more this year than Josh D.

You don't know what you're talking about. I wasn't comparing what LSU does. I was commenting on how every fanbase in the country, either rationally or irrationally, praises their SC guy as the best in the universe.

Of course LSU does squats. Twice a week. The workout plan is on the Internet and its been posted here a million times and we've all seen it.

does moffit get a pass for this

LSU teams were known for great conditioning so all of sudden he decided to let Todd Graves handle the conditioning. Maybe Miles has something to do with the off season workouts idk. We all know dinardo had his finger on the pulse on everything maybe miles too.

all you said was the you agreed that "every team thinks they have the best".

thats not an explanation

unless you've travelled the country exploring what every coach is doing around the country to get their teams ready to play football, then you, or SFP, or this illinois guy can not say that.

and if you have, then forgive me.

and what do you know about training football players to be ready to play SEC football?

serious question.

I know what you said

so that automatically means Moffitt is another run of the mill SC coach?

WTF?

Seriously guys, there's WAAAAAAAAY too many factors involved to even think to blame this on what Moffitt did or didn't do. Could he be a contributing factor? Sure, he could. But his job is pretty even kiel. It's not as "up & down" as coaching or playing or whatever other factors you wanna involve. I would assume that moffitt did whatever he always does. It could be less compliance on the players or less effort out of moffitt's "people". Who knows? This is just one more thing to blame someone for. Fact of the matter is, if this thing DOES go south, there's only one person to blame. Not sayin it will or won't, but Miles is where the buck stops

how are any of these guys Moffitt's problem? his job is to get the guys ready to play at LSU. Why did Saban call Moffitt while he was on the field celebrating the win against ND in the Sugar Bowl?

The D was on the field for 85 plays aginst Msu. I don't care how conditioned a D is they're gonna be tired being on the field that much

I have not seen results on the field, nor results at the combine, that lead me to believe that he is head and shoulders above other S&C coaches at comparable high-major programs.

He's not run of the mill because LSU isn't run of the mill. But compared to peers at programs at Bama, Florida, USC, etc...the top of the top...I don't see how one can say that he's clearly the best.

Run of the mill? No. Best in the country? Also no.
