The offense is running much smoother, more disciplined with better execution. Yup

you're right. Last year's ULM, UF, WVU, Vandy, Miss State, and Auburn games were SO different than the two being compared.
They were different...

And instead of constantly throwing comeback routes, WR screens, and slants in a five yard window, we utilized the middle of the filed and stretched the defense with play action deep throws.

I basically listed every offensive stat for both games.
"cheery pick" = selectively choosing a game that makes JJ look even mildly competent.
since you love numbers so much, heres our national rankings, out of 120 teams, for the past two years with jj at QB
2010
Passing offense = 107
Total offense = 86
Scoring offense = 45
2009
Passing offense = 97
Total offense = 112
Scoring offense = 76
only the rant could think this same guy should be given a third year.

Holy shite, you really are braindead.
Did you miss the most important line in my OP:
"both games not called by Gary Crowton"

Also, I have to give AlaTiger all the credit in the world. He said Lee would break 200 yards passing consistently and in the Oregon game we saw that happen. Way to call your shot, AlaTiger. I will proceed to eat a shitload of crow. LINK
Wow, dude. That was a couple of days ago. You mad?
We'll get there. Obviously, it didn't happen the other night. But, he did it in 2008, so I think Lee will be able to do it again. He can pass the ball. He'll get the timing with the receivers worked out and they will fix the drops.
I believe.
I'm patient.
You? You're scaring me.

im sure this will turn into one of your "jj should start over lee" threads soon enough, or was your keen observation that crowton wasnt very good? do you really think youre the first one to notice that and needed to start a thread to explain it?

Post the stats for delay of game, false starts, illegal formation, illegal shift, and generally not knowing where the frick to be on offense. I'm sure the Oregon game blows all of last season out of the water in a positive way.

Two false starts against Oregon
One false start against Texas A&M
Eight totally penalties in the two games. Only four penalties on the offense in those two games combined.
But, yeah, Crowton had nothing to do with any of that.

Why do you keep claiming Crowton had nothing to do with the offense in the Cotton Bowl? Please enlighten the rest of us as to how you know this, because I've yet to see any legitimate source claim this.
Furthermore, Maryland's offense was all over the field with Crowton having full control of that offense, yet you blame him because we had no deep passing game last year?

Seems I remember they scored one TD on O.
Furthermore, I don't think Da U was all there, so to speak.

Good thread AM, however ill received.
I knew it would turn into a QB pissing match instead of an OC discussion.
