I am just earing about this pitcher for the Beavers that abused a 6 year old family member.
So, did you not watch the College World Series last year? It was talked about a bunch then too.

You're trying to be a slightly different version of el Gaucho. Good luck. This was you when feeling a bit more literate and before this schtick...

Go sniff glue Fudd. Yet again, shifting the conversation away from holding the franchise accountable for subpar play from overpaid players. Not to mention the tax breaks/incentives given to the team to stay here.
LA has problems with healthcare, education, infrastructure etc yet when it comes to bonding over the sports team that could keep us together, we can't seem to look past the championship won almost ten years ago to future potential.
You may not know much about building sustainable businesses, so I will tell you that the pie chart reflecting our team's salary expenses isn't going to get any of us a ring any time soon.

Go read some Innocence Project stories.
You don't know what it's like to be innocent in jail and badgered by the cops.
See Ryan William Ferguson and Charles Erickson, accused of killing a Columbia MO sports editor at age 17. They were innocent. Ryan was in jail for 10 years and Charles is still incarcerated. Meanwhile, killers are still free.
You don't know what it's like unless you've been under interrogation for many hours at a time. Our court system is scary and needs overhauling.

He claims to resolve the matter quickly and I’m sure he got a lesser punishment than if he risked a trial that would probably be long and costly. But assuming he lying now, he was still 14-15 best at the time, certainly an age he could be reformed. Whether he should or shouldn’t be playing baseball is another question

The justice system needs overhauling. Ok. Why is this guy not locked away in a cage?

“Our court system is scary and needs overhauling.“
Obviously. See: child abuser gets to live a free life and play college baseball.
I wouldn’t let that guy chew the gum under my shoe.

Idk what the hell these people want to talk about how unfair the system is. This dude diddled a six year old girl and walked away scott free bc he can throw a baseball.

Well he plead guilty if he was going to be locked up for life for something he did at 14 (which could be seen as a violation of cruel and unusual standard in the Constitution)’he obviously never would have done that and the prosecution would have proven guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. I would assume they didn’t have a slam dunk case especially if the only evidence is the testimony of the victim.

You don’t have any idea what you are talking about the unfairness is not about a specific case

NCAA has punished athletes for 1000 times worse than child molestation.
This is pathetic. The left is a criminal’s best ally. We got restraunts that won’t serve straws bc they hurt the environment but will let crackheads wonder around town and commit moar crimes.
What’s the excuse for letting him off? The Northwest is a worthless dump of consciousless libitards.
