Yeah but these OSU fans didn't sexually assault a 6 year old and don't deserve to get shite on for something they have no control over. On the other hand, the university and AD deserve everything they get. There's no way they didn't know this kid who they were probably actively recruiting at the time was involved in a despicable sexual assault case.

He was a minor, court case is sealed. Unless a judge unseals it. OSU would only know that there was a case and not know. the extent of what he did. Unless he was asked and then he could say just about anything. A little investigation by the school should have been able to find out what he did.
