Completely false. No one hates CPM more than me. I do not think he is better because he lost before Omaha instead of in Omaha. CPM is done, we need a motivator who can recruit.

I think McDonnell is one of the best developers in the country, but I don’t thinks he’s a real candidate otherwise we’d be hearing more about him.
Godwin has pumped out a lot of pros, which tells me he’s got to be good at developing because they aren’t bringing in surefire pros out of high school.

He’s a fricking clown. Your good coach was so into texting his side piece during the Southern Miss game that he brought a kid into pitch without giving him any warmup time. The players revolted and went to the AD. Cannizzaro lied to the AD about what happened. He wasn’t fired for fricking the side piece. Some of y’all really have some unrealistic expectations. And it shows y’all really don’t know the game of baseball outside of Wins/loses and HRs.
Baseball is the one sports where the manager has the least amount of influence in the outcome of the game outside of setting the lineup. The rest is solely on the players in a game where failure is 70% at the minimum.

There’s actually plenty of guys with the “it” factor, but “it’s” way harder to dominate like Skip did now. Those days are over.

2 coaches have won twice since he has been there. One is retired, the other is at vandy, and has only been 4 times. This doesn’t have anything to do with Skip Bertman. You say 2nd place is for 1st losers when everyone else is further away.

I think Godwin might be the best coach out there but he’s not the “sexy” pick. He’s done really well with not a lot to work with. Took over a team who had missed Regionals last 2 years. He’s made regionals every year but one; 2 supers. He’s won back to back conf titles; first one ECU has won in like 15 years. He knows what LSU baseball is all about. He could stay at his alma mater & they’ll eventually name a stadium after him one day. If he came here it would be bc he knows he can get it done.
I suggest you watch them play if you get a chance. They look legit.

If this really happened, I hear you then, but it also shows me what douchebags people can be to go to those lengths to rat out someone. Smdh Especially, someone (Cannizaro) that gave you a job and hired you as an assistant for his team. But as I said the guy deserves a second chance, people learn and mature from their mistakes.
