Game is at 1:30 (CT). Same as today.
It would have been nice to get a win over Pitt or Wisconsin, or both, this weekend. But a win over UCF would be ok and give LSU a few more chances to capitalize in December

Being 5-1 on Monday and LSU should be very on schedule for a solid OOC finish. I missed a lot of today's game (tuned in down 12 early in 2nd, LSU hadn't sored yet) but it looks like we held our own outside of that one drought. The eyeball test said that we we very on par with Pitt. I thought that Dunn and their big guy were going to be the biggest problems, but we shut them down.

UCF is a good team who opened their season with a win over The Aggies. They're now 4-1, like LSU.
A Tiger win over UCF in Greenbrier would be grand! It would go far in restoring this program's credibility.

I agree that VJ needs to start. However, I disagree that Bailey is the player that needs to be benched in his place. Bailey needs to start and play bare minimum 30-35 minutes a game. He is arguably the best player on this team.
It needs to be either Sears or Carter that get benched for him. Sears has shown he’s not a true pg (not the best passer, turnover prone, etc.) and Carter can have tunnel vision at times and has a tendency to be selfish (we saw this at K State also). I think unless changes are made to the offensive xs and is the two will struggle to coexist.
IMO VJ should take Sears spot in the rotation and play PG. If Mike had to do it last year when he’s not really a PG why can’t VJ?

Vyctorius has shown to be one of if not the best playmaker on the team. Go back and watch the highlights from the games. He has an instinctual playmaking ability. It's just taken the backseat the past few games because he's had to put the team on his back with his scoring ability.
We're in an era now where the best 1-3s can handle the ball and playmake regardless of position. I don't think he's a "true shooting guard". He's just a good player. In fact, I think that term is quite dismissal of his entire arsenal as a player. You're underselling his ability to dribble, pass, and playmake.

He can't handle as well as CG3, MW3, or Sears. I haven't seen him handle well enough as a point guard. Maybe you know something I don't, but he can't be a point guard right now. Not sure where you are getting that from.

VJ Miller needs to start yes. Benching Bailey is not the solution. He is the best of the 3 guard transfers we got in the portal.
If you can’t see how much Bailey adds to this team outside of a box score, then I think it’s safe to say you don’t understand basketball at high level unfortunately.

Can’t bench Bailey because he’s the only wing with size on the team. Losing Ward was huge and it’s going to cap this teams potential in a big way.

I’ve been watching my entire life Bailey hasn’t made a 3 the entire year as a starting guard and is supposed to be a great defender his man had 20+ yesterday VM brings more to this team than him we struggle to score not defend.

Considering the average attendance for home games is less than 5k I think they do. Have to win and win often to restore the credibility with the fan base.

It doesn’t matter that he can’t shoot. He can do literally everything else.
And he is a good defender, definitely the best on the team. His man did not drop 20+ on him. Go back and rewatch.

What game were you watching? No one scored 20+ on him. Lowe actually went off once Bailey was in foul trouble around 17 min. When he came back in around 8 min left Lowe scores only once and that was near the end. He’s the best defender on the team imo and although Dunn was in foul trouble Bailey’s defense early shut him down too. Dunn had 2pts and avg 15.7 ??

Yeah I have no clue what that guy is talking about. I swear so many people who post on here either don’t watch the games and just look at box scores or if they do watch the game have no clue what they’re watching
