The defense played great.
Only TD came on a play that holding was missed. Had that been called they might not have gotten a td at all. And this occured when our offense looked as bad as they have all year. Receivers couldn't catch, JJ's eye sight continues to deteriorate to the point that he can't find open receivers, and the stupid offensive line had a few too many jumps that cost us some drives. 2nd and 5 looks a whole lot better than 2nd and 15!
When an offense tanks the defense is going to give up more points simply because for them it is like the game is longer than a standard game.
The defense played great.
And I tell you what if we could have cloned PP and had lock down defenders on both left and right corner Fla wouldn't have scored. Unless they would have done something different which they might have done.
Oh did I mention the defense played great.

Since when does Florida (or ANY football team) hold back on purpose? Since when does Meyer NOT run up the score? I mean, why do you think Tebow was nearly a vegetable two weeks ago? Florida needed more then 31 to beat UK? but only 13 to beat LSU?
That's as dumb as anything I've seen.
I'd be more inclined to believe that Meyer had LSU+ 10½ at some betting site in the Cayman Islands.

Green Ram, you have no clue. No one was open, Tebow
isn't all world when it comes to finding his third receiver.
No one will left on the schedule. LSU has a shut down secondary, effective linebackers, and decent DL play. It will only get better.
Which, IMO, is exactly why LSU will be fine this year and lethal next year.

Good grief. We have some of the worst "fans" in America. So, Florida "held the score down" AND kept Tebow in the ENTIRE game ,often running the ball up the gut ? Sure.

You all are idiots for thinking Meyer's game plan was not to protect Tebow as much as he could and for thinking getting blown off the ball on the interior D-line. Since when did our fans have to settle for moral victories? heir smallish running backs were dragging our tacklers for extra yards. The middle of the field was wide open all gme for the tight end. JUST WHAT GAME WERE YOU WATCHING?

I didn't say they get no credit. IMO, they played their second best game of the season. I just wouldn't classify it as great.
