so he's not going to get any type of punishment huh?
Playing in the Sugar will help his draft stock instead of going back next year and get suspended for five games

Can the SEC just "secede" from the NCAA? Maybe grab some of the Texas/Okie schools, a few more schools up the south Atlantic coast from G-Tech up to V-Tech, make a new superconference of 20-24 teams. And call it the Southern Football Confederacy. The SEC becomes the SFC.

This is the real world as well, like it or not.

How would you classify the following in terms of "Level of Compromising":
a) Having a cheat-sheet in your pocket... but not using it (throwing it away after the class).
b) You know that the teacher is prone to recycling tests... So you talk to somebody who has taken the test before and you ask what is on it (not specifics - just areas of emphasis, for example)
Just curious.
Nevermind, I am sure he just meant he came to a rolling stop at a stop sign on campus.
With that being said, get your head out of the sand. I am certain LSU, who ruled him ineligible, knows more about the situation than The rant.

I believe Cam doesn't have a clue as opposed to Cam had no clue about Cecil da pimp.

Oh, Pryor WILL be playing in the first 5 games of 2011...w/ the Dallas Cowboys would be my guess.

Pryor didn't

What about Cam?
Academic "fraud" as you call it, is more serious than shopping your talents?

There is no proof whatsoever that Ridley was falsely accused. Just because a poster claims this is what he heard, doesn't mean that it is true. PERIOD.
The advocate is reporting that sources tell them Ridley did something regarding the taking of a test that he deemed to be allowable but the school took issue with it and per Nc2a bylaws had to report it. The Nc2a promptly ruled Ridley ineligible. The school is taking Ridley's side in that he admits to an inadvertant mistake and thus the appeal. If the school felt Ridley intentionally broke the rules they would not file an appeal on his behalf.

I don't know. Since there's no ACTUAL information to speak of.
I was merely posing some hypothetical situations to gauge where LSUTANGERINE's "line in the sand" was regarding cheating and proof (which I notice has resulted in a non-response directed at me personally and not my post).

Is this what happened. I glanced at a few threads but did not read all of them. IMO if he made the cheat sheet and did not use it he is not cheating. Its not like he was conspiring to assassinate a diplomat. Asking someone who took the test what was on it, is damn smart and if he remembered the correct answer when he took the test, its all good.
FTW the NCAA hates LSU!

Just wanted to legitimize your post! You welcome in advance.
...and another thing! The NCAA should have suspended TP for the Sugar Bowl and 4 games next year. That ways if he quites he he still been punished and if he stays he gets punished more. All those NCAA bastards have to do is show some consistency and its all good, not the crap they have been doing.

You must have been typing when I clarified things in the post prior to yours...
