My favorite are the people that complain about route running.
When the only time they look at the WR is when the ball is thrown their way. As if the know the route they're supposed to run.
ahh, the rant and it's never ending supply of professional football coaches.

With today's technology it wouldn't be surprised if they have some interns or such break it down digitally where they can pull up say all plays of 3rd and 5-10 yards between the 20's or somthing like that.
That's exactly what they do. It's call a cut-up.

You can't see shite from the broadcast version. I will review the coaches film (showing entire field and all 22 players) because that is much more useful.
Holy shite. There are actually people who understand what the hell he's saying. Did you use the Enigma?

Cause a 5+ypc rushing average sucks
Recalculate that figure there bud. I think you are getting confused on ALL running plays ypc. Notice next game how many yards we actually gain on those toss dives.
I really think he is setting up for a tebow type jumpass when he does that ish.
As far as what he meant in the interview. Who the hell ever understands what he's talking about? I don't care as long as the teams prepared on 11/3

They have two big screens in the Cowboys locker room for exactly that. One for O and one for D. They obviously don't know how to use them yet.

The toss dive has worked and not worked, just like any play. God you people dont even watch the games. If you dont like the play, you dont like scoring. Same when dumbasses didnt want us to give it to copeland on the goal line, then he scores.
You dont have to understand miles. Its quite simple. They dont use espn, cbs, cst, nbc or fix broadcast to study game film. I figure that would be common sense, but nothing surprises me with this group as late.

Coach Mullen will tell Les how to grind Little Nickys team in the ground
Mullen could lay out the step-by-step blueprint on how to beat Bama (in crayon so Miles could understand it), and Les would do the exact opposite.
Miles is gonna Miles, no matter what.

But if he does see something, he will make a note of it so that he knows to examine it more closely when he does get the coaches film.

Of course they are.

Les knows nothing about football
especially the stuff other coaches have stolen or decided to use after LSU had success with it
Yeah.... I seem to recall some RANTARDS fussing about that punt formation around 2006/2007 when he started using that too.... now everybody has a variation.... and you know, I can't remember the last time LSU had a punt blocked.
Wish our coach wasn't such a dumb arse...

See the link provided above by another poster ... Hill's long TD vs. USC WAS indeed the toss "dive" ... and regardless of ypc ... if we need 2 for a 1st down and we get 2.5... it WORKED and moves the chains.
No play works EVERY time -- the reason for the toss is that it gives the RB the ball with more reaction time to see where a hole might be... the line and lead blocker adjust their blocking based on where the defenders push.... sometimes it's the "2 hole" other times it's not... getting the ball that way is a faster exchange than a deep handoff ---- and if you have not noticed, our QB would not be nicknamed "Mercury" if you get my drift.
