Any game that season, minus Kentucky and Arkansas. I was a freshman that year, and boy was it a great time to be at LSU! Talk about spoiled rotten though haha After that season, everything just kind of felt meh. From the Va Tech game to the South Carolina game that year, was the most dominant 3 phase team I had ever seen.

LSU v. Ole Miss 1979. Tigers behind and getting owned 21-0 late in the 2nd qtr. but manages to score just before half to go in at halftime behind 21-7. Steve Ensminger brings the Tigs back to victory 28-24, but the Tigs have to come up with some great defense late in the game to hang on. It was played in Jackson. One of the best comebacks that I've ever seen in all the years I've attended LSU football games. It's worth a watch

Another classic is LSU at Bama in I believe 1982.... Put a whipping on the Bear and absolutely dominated on defense. Helped Bear decide it was time to retire. Alan Risher doing business.
