I don’t think it works that way - LSU’s drug suspensions have mostly been due to LSU’s policy. I’m pretty sure he would have to fail an NCAA drug test, which are mainly PED tests (see: Kristian Fulton) and are not controlled by the school.
As far as I can tell the only thing that can prevent a player from being immediately eligible under the new one time waiver (outside of recruiting violations) is if he fails to maintain academic eligibility.

It's not fake. Ga mod Rusty made the pick and then talked to a Bama mod and took the pick down. He was told Bama won't make any move for anyone until after Domani Jackson, Denver Harris and Earl Little have signed. As of now, mods are saying he doesn't have a spot.
