Sam rarely puts together 4 complete rounds of golf. It has to be mental b/c he surely has the game. Hell, he’s the #1 putter on tour right now.

Frankly they shouldnt have resumed play with the condition of the course. They should have finished tomorrow. Having said that, while they all had to play in those conditions, some got drops from obviously unplayable lies while others (Sam) did not.

It was just a bad back nine for all the players.....12" wet rough, puddles in the fairways, could not read greens....it was bad.

Spaun played at the same time and exact same conditions as Burns and dusted him by 6 shots. No disrespect to Burns but the weather didn’t beat him. Golf is hard - especially on that course !
