Yeah, and outside of PP's INT, passing was 10-21 for 150 yds and 1TD. See how easy that is?

considering he's likely to be offered a couple mil to go elsewhere I'd be talking him up to...actually I'd be sending him hookers and shite...

yeah, I wonder how many attempts he got in the scrimmage.

Do you know how excruciating it is to watch a scrimmage like this when you're a talented QB and you know you've got 3 5-star wides out there...

Might as well say Crowton threw the pick-6, if that's the case.

Hopefully the offense finds its stride soon. I'll reserve thinking negatively until a few more scrimmages.

I didn't know JJ threw the INT until you just said something.

I'm giving Billy G. another 72 hours before I start yelling for him to get his head out of his arse on a regular basis.

Offense had 310 yards total.

That is putrid.

How does Crowton do it. It's like he identifies our best players, and finds a way to make them a non-factor in the offense. 3 of our best players only got the ball a grand total of 4 times in a 100 play scrimmage?

Our running game better be lights out this year, or I have a feeling we will see a repeat of last year's offense.

as much as it pains me to take up for Crowton, we have no idea what the goals and plans were for the scrimmage. Don't read too much into this, they could have intentionally worked on stuff that is in the early stages of development.

True, but you would think that priority #1 for the coaches would be to instill some confidence in the passing game, and to start off with the easiest situations possible to accomplish that.

You can never judge what happened in a scrimmage if you weren't there, but at the same time, it doesn't give me a very positive feeling. I was hoping that the coaches would create some conditions conducive to putting up good passing stats, and then increase the difficulty from there.

I hope they know what they're doing. Sometimes they do, and sometimes they don't...
