CHSvideo, Thanks for clearing that up. I thought the conversion happened early. Sid is an outstanding coach, He has made Redemptorist and now Central into very good programs. I also think that the sign of a good coach is surrounding yourself with good coaches which he does well.

Doesn't that same attribute hold true for most successful college head coaches of today? it seems that the head coach plays the role of administrator/micromanager more than anything, as opposed to the actual x's and o's.
