That statement makes ZERO sense. It’s Alot of words that say nothing. Smart and his family are cooperating....then you’ve had a conversation with him. Depending on how that went you either stand by him and play him or declare him suspended. “Caution” is simply optics. It means nothing and accomplishes nothing.

If he is cooperating fully and they have no factual proof he did anything, why the frick are we sitting him? Either you know he did something and have to sit him or you don’t.
