I lived in West Stadium in 1980 and can confirm the place was not a fine living environment. We did have a bit of fun though.

Any renovations done will be towards luxury boxes at the pmac and upgrades to the players lounge. They are also wanting to create more space for the locker and weight rooms.
They arent gonna give them a new stadium anytime soon
They have already discussed what they both want. It's in an interview with that ,jaques or whatever his name is,guy . The thread with the interview is linked should be on page 2,3 ,or maybe 4. It's not that old of a thread .

Step 1: Try to win back the 1000's of fans and their money that you ran off when you cowered to BLM and the SJW mob.
