Even the booth official is in on the incompetence. This is as bizarre as I've seen....reminds me of Auburn 10-9 fiasco.

so the play was run before the review, therefore there could be no review, then they reviewed the play anyway, but because they didn't get the review in in time, they didn't really get to review it, then just moved on to second down?
