I believe we have an excellent opportunity to to open up our passing game and maximize the advantage that the top notch receivers make available to us!

Tied for 72 in offense. Better so far than last year, and ahead of Florida. Now thats positive.

I'd also say we finished strong this week as opposed to last week's second half coma.

Not a positive thought. You get nothing, you lose!

I'm positive that after a horrible freshman campaign and a year and a half on the bench watching/learning/relearning/rewatching will turn J Lee into a Matt Mauck-esk QB.

Borderline. Still a positive thought, so it's cool.

This would be positive if LSU was in the sun belt conference. But, like reality, we are not. We are in the best BCS conference in collage football that has won 5 BCS titles in a row.
If we don't get our act together on offense, our defense will be worn out again like last year agaist schools that are a little more talented than Vanderbilt.

Have we used rs in the wild cat any? I guess I just overlooked it if we did

Yes - the refs thought we lined up too many in the backfield!

I guess they didn't realize JJ wasn't on the field.

Great D - potential to be one of the best I have seen

2003 D was sick... although this one has 10+ games to prove itself worthy of your high praise.

My favorite of your points. If we can continue this, our defense will be extremely tough to score on.

Montgomery is looking as good, if not better, than advertised. Adams would have had a great game. I saw him get wrapped around the neck by the OL at least 3 times. Randle makes some great moves with the ball in his hands.

Although you couldn't tell from the Press or "fans", LSU has winningest(sp) SEC West program last decade and 1 game behind UF for 2nd in SEC.

I like the idea! Okay- here's some good reasons to be positive:

THE CHIEF

PP- our all-everything

Russell Shepard

Reuben Randall :bow:

Drake Nevis :bow::bow:

Eric Reid - there's your next heavy hitter :bow:

Stevan Ridley's breakout game :bow:

Improved OL play :bow:

THE DEFENSIVE LINE :bow::bow:

Drake & the DL deserve 2 bows for the outstanding effort this week.

1. Ridley had more break away sped than I thought. ( plus those frosted tips are the Shiz)
2. Shep is scoring alot which justifies slot of the " get shep the ball" talk of last year.
3. The offense kept plugging away after 3 straight 3 and outs.
4. We may have found an identity. I formation instead of spread. Just hope coaches think so too.
5. Sacks on the qb are comin in bulk unlike last year.
6. Tyrann is tha man thus far. Pumped about his future.
7. Reid has laron stare down pat.
