Yeah, I was pissed off just as much as the next guy on here, wanting Miles and Crowton tarred and feathered. Crowton I think should go. However, I think that Coach Miles learned from his mistakes this season and the Ole Miss game. I hope anyway. Next season will be the deciding factor for sure on how great or bad of a coach Miles is. Coach Miles hit rock bottom on that Ole Miss game. Let us see how high he bounces back next season.
Congrats on being brainwashed by Miles' coachspeak.

shite I'd love to. Hell, any coach worth his weight in salt knows all he has to do is not be a bonehead and let the talent play itself out.
You make it sound so easy. I had no idea all you had to do is "not be a bonehead" and you could be a successful football coach at LSU. Damn...sign me up! The truth is, if it were that easy everybody would be doing it which is not the case.

The fact is LSU will end up with a middle of the road coach that has a whole new set of issues for everyone to bitch about.

Almost true. Vince Lombardi could come back to coach LSU and people would bitch and moan. Other coaches are the LSU fans' version of backup quarterbacks --- they are always better than who we have.

Sad but true.

I would probably have a brain fart at the end of the game after watching crowton run the offense. He blew my mind too. We need to fire crowton today and extradite him from the state of louisiana.
EXACTLY-I wish more people would focus on Crowton, who I think is the real problem.

First, I'd like to thank the enlightened ones about their points of view. Otherwise their are still too many supposedly LSU fans that are living their lives on heavy doses of medication mixed with alcohol consumption.
You think L.M. has learned from his mistakes? What about the copious amount of confusion on the team these last two seasons. It isn't the players, LSU has great talent, just misused, misguided with hardly no leaders from this OVER PAID staff. If you think like L.M., you can't think about what is going on during a College Football game. His leadership for the last two years has been a comedy of errors.
"WTF" does that mean? And RBW8 GEAUX TIGERS what have you been watching. Are you two on a mega-dose of Prozac, Elavil, Lexapro, Paxil, Zoloft and mixing it with your alcohol consumption?
I can only imagine that with you, it's those purple and gold glasses or more misuse of drugs and alcohol while watching that arse clown, the $4 Million H.C. of this LSU program. So you don't see regression under his tutorage?
A little warm next year, if there is a next year with L.M. as the H.C. at LSU, this program will tank into a new darkness of time. I'm talking Black-Hole here.....
For too many cavaties in that lil oration from someone in L.M camp?
Too many of you people (probably higher ups with the LSU Admin.) remind me of the political people that got this country in the mess that it currently is in. Like those 545 people, you are the only one's in this world (LSU NATION) who created problems and then you campaign against them.
But, for the Seniors and the rest of the LSU football players this last game this season on Senior Night in T.S.

I hope youre right. Ive been a big supporter/defender of Miles but after that display of coaching ineptness, I have lost alot of faith in his coaching abilities. I still have hope that he can right the ship, but I am very concerned at the potential downfall of the program. I hope he learns from his mistakes and becomes a better coach for it at the end of the day!

was listening to Cris Landry on Fox Sports radio on the Steve Czaban show and he is stationed out of Baton Rouge..."The Czab" asked him is Miles was on the hot seat and he said, paraphrasing, that not this year but certainly next could get a little warm if things dont improve

who's better that's available ? i remember well how 'everybody' was in a big hurry to get rid of cholly mac ! lsu wasn't good again for years except when arnsparger was there; but the malcontents ran he and bob brodhead out of town. b.r. is a steamy, ugly river town where the only draw is the big wads of sweaty money that lsu throws at coaches and the friendly inebriated folk in the great state of louisiana.

spoiled LSU fans continue to publicly pile on to Miles. This is only making that black eye into a bloody head wound.
As recently as earlier this month, I was one of his biggest defenders. I figured we'd finish 10-2 & go to a nice bowl. Now, its not just that we're 8-3 (and its a real possibility 8-4), but its HOW we lost that game to Ole Miss. Its embarrassing, but what's more, is that his errors are so glaring that in my own opinion, I can't trust him. How do you allow your program to go so far without having some of the checks he says that installed this week? I'm not saying he's a bad coach, or that the almighty Saban is the answer. BUT, after Sat.'s loss, at least this former supporter just thinks he's not a very good fit for this program. I base this on just one statement that he keeps repeating: he says that we were 1 or 2 plays away from winning the Florida or Bama games. BUT we were also 1 or 2 plays away from losing to Washington, Miss State & (worst of all) La. Tech! That to me is a far cry from the "six seconds of perfect hell" approach that Saban brought and brings to his teams. I'm sorry, the "we'll be good enough to win" attitude doesn't sit well with me. And you cannot look at these teams over the last 3 years & think they are a well-coached team.

I think a lot of u are missing the point, its not only poor coaching but getting very little out of jj. I gave him the benefit of the doubt early in the season but in the 11th game he still looks like he doesn't know what to do. You have about 4 seconds to make a play or through the ball away. Still don't seem to know. I 'm afraid its is going to be the same thing next season.

So three straight years of crummy coaching should be all we tolerate correct?
