Kelly is discussing the formations he expects Florida to run...which determines the defensive packages LSU will run.
Should Florida come out with a different personnel package, you don't think Kelly is just going to go with 3 LBs do you?
In other words, what you are referencing is about as high level as it gets. It's not a "game plan". And, nobody who knows football would think it is.
