Get out of here with your facts.

I know you guys know this. I've seen ppl mention it in other LSU related cases so I know it's not a concept lost on this board. But, his lawyer probably advised him not to make any more public comments about the case seeing as how it's still ongoing. You know, the way any attorney would advise their client in any case of any magnitude.

It took three months to release the George Floyd body cam
That’s because the cam footage showed George Floyd was high as a kite and resisting arrest from the the very beginning. Nobody likes to show evidence that goes against their narrative.

So do you think the knee on the neck was NECESSARY to control a handcuff, high, laying on the ground person or do you think it was EXCESSIVE?
Comply with the officers and you won’t be in that situation.

BRPD refuses to release copies of that footage to the public. There is a “critical incident” policy used by the department to release body camera footage of controversial and violent interactions in the past, but BRPD officials maintain this incident falls outside the scope of that policy.
Also, from the same link:
quote:
Moore and one attorney were able to watch body camera footage captured of the incident.
BRPD refuses to release copies of that footage to the public.
quote:
The attorneys have filed a request for records, setting up a potential court fight where a judge would get to decide if the video should be released under Louisiana law.
There’s a lot of stupid in this thread.
ETA: I just realized that OP is the same one who has been accusing Koy Moore of refusing to release the footage through this thread.
“What ever happened with that Koy Moore complaint?”
“BRPD has refused to release the body cam footage.”
“bullshite! Koy doesn’t want it released!”

After his lawyers review it and approve of its release.
His lawyer reviewed it and requested it be released almost a month ago, BRPD still hasn't released it.

Well they kinda did

His complaints were unfounded. Body cam footage shut his arse up

You mean the body can that the police won’t release?
Posted on 12/1/20 at 10:23 am to SammyTiger
They need to release the damn video and reprimand either the cops for being pieces of shite or Moore for lying. Too many times have people lied about shite like this or cops just in general being pieces of shite for people to not be skeptical about either one.

How would you know? Have you seen the footage? And tell me you goose stepper, has the government ever done anything wrong? I often wonder what kind of government worshiping, nanny state loving pussy, it takes to blindly endorse everything the armed agents of the government does. Freedom means nothing to you.
