I think we should have eleven teams and have no conference championship game and have decent to good teams and play them all -- like in the PAC-10 and BIG 10 conferences. (You know -- the vaunted and difficult "round robin.") That way we would not have to play an extra game and still remain undefeated to be in the BCS title game.
I would invite the following teams:
LSU
Texas A&M
Arkansas
Ole Miss
Miss St.
So. Florida Bulls
Vandy
Tennessee
Georgia Tech.
Texas
Clemson
I would invite the following teams:

I think that is a great idea.. I wouldn't count on Texas leaving Big 12 though. I would take them out and put Georgia in it. TV Ratings would still be high, get some good endorsers, etc... maybe a nascar driver with a vehicle of our logo!

If every team but them and Bama left the SEC because of corruption then the SEC would have to shut down or get crappy teams.. then sec loses auto bcs

LSU should just join the Big 12 and get it over with. Bama will always sit at the King's table at the SEC chirstmas party.

I have heard the Big 12 idea floated around about 3 years ago, on the Big 12 side. The Texas teams are wary of LSU in their territory, but the money guys love the idea. I doubt the dominos would fall, but it is an outside possibility. Who would have thought the SWC would fold or the Big East and the ACC would do their little dance?
I will see if I can find a link, a writer in the Austin paper was bitching about the idea.

It doesn't freaking matter how many games we win!! All our wins are against teams NOT in the top 25.
