LSU did play terrible today and that is one reason why they lost, but I think we still would have won the game if not for the piss poor officiating. I can handle a loss if it's a fair game, but it really pisses me off when the refs are this terrible.

When your whole starting lineup has 4 fouls, then that's pretty glaring.

Well yea the shooting percentage is gonna be low when you drive the lane and get knocked to the floor and only go to the line 13 times! And the players are feeling like they're playing 8 people instead of 5! It's ridiculous

That was by far the worst officiated game of the year. SEC officiating has been really bad for about 10 years. They completely affected the outcome of the game today. Varnado gets away with dipping his shoulder and hooking with his free arm and the minute an LSU player bodies up a whistle a blown. I can't blame any LSU loss this season on the officials but they definitely controlled the outcome today.

All of these people predicting one and done are ridiculous. The officiating will get much better in the NCAA's. It just all depends on matchups for LSU.

I'm not disagring with you because I didn't actually watch the game but it's funny how when we lose everyone thinks it was the worst officiating ever.
I think that they will still make it to the sweet 16.

Vanardo pulled Johnson to the floor by the back of his jersey and they let that shite go
I was stunned when even the suck-up announcers described the seen under our basket as a rugby scrum and somehow without a whistle.

And that technical was horseshite. He did not stick his elbow out there, the guy ran into his arm against his chest and pushed his arm out. If you look at the tape, his arm is clearly against his chest when the contact occurred. And the offensive guy ran into him well after the whistle had blown. Why does our guy have to stop and theirs doesn't?

- I actually thought that graham was bracing himself to take a charge and then the state guy shifted off to the side and fell down.

It's almost like I was watching the Naked Gun when frank was umpiring the baseball game...he got caught up in making the home team cheer and started calling crazy calls to get cheers.

The State guy took a fall, but Graham did push his elbow out. Not sure he should have been T'ed up, but he pushed the elbow out. As to the rest of the game. It did seem the Ref's let State get away with a good bit. But I have noticed over the years that if a team comes out aggressive, hand checks, bumps ect. from the start the refs seem to overlook it. Then when the team on the receiving end starts to play accordingly they get called for every touch. If you start hard and the ref's let it go your OK; if you start soft and try to match the hard team your screwed. This isn't the first game and won't be the last. My opinion start hard stay hard and ref's will let most slide. Start soft then go hard the ref's will call you out. This is not an OT sexual encounter but sure to get Cocohomo's rocks off.
