IF it happens, it will be announced after the Bama game. CNS doesn't want to upstage the game and certainly would not want to walk back into that stadium as the newly announced LSU HC.

FWIW, he's like the only one who claims to have a "source" that's saying it's not Nick. Not sure why you'd need to use Nick as a smokescreen lol

People are probably overthinking this. There is little doubt LSU reached out to Saban (why wouldn’t they?) and it’s possibly Saban really is mulling it over for all of the reasons others have highlighted. Miss Terry will no doubt play a big part in the decision and I’m sure they are considering all possibilities (if of course the target really isn’t known and on board as others have pointed it out may be). Saban loves the challenge and obviously still has a connection to LSU so it’s not an impossibility.
