1-4 will never happen. None of them are leaving their programs. Gundy is at his Alma

Thank God. You do not want Gundy in BR. He's terrible.

I think we would end up keeping Aranda because of coach O

Nobody knows if the Jimbo ship has sailed, and they'd be lying if they told you they knew for sure it had.

Nobody knows Herman's interest in the job, although a bunch here have said a pretty reputable poster on 247 said Herman's agent reached out to LSU last year. If that's true, he'll be at the top of the list, and should be offered before he even interviews.

Fedora is a good candidate, and would do well here, and would probably keep a few guys currently on staff. He does a very good job developing QB's, and teaches them to distribute well.

Hope for a homerun like Herman or Fisher, expect a hire like Fedora.

Kiffin, Kiffin, not Kiffen! I just don't know about Kiffin. But the more I think about him with his play calling on the offensive side the ball and keeping Coach O would almost be a given. I am not sure about Aranda, but you never know.

Would Aranda get a serious look? If he could bring in a young offensive mind

How serious of a player would Herman really be? Is it known that he wants to be in the SEC

He ain't staying at Houston if/when the big boys come calling. He'll have his choice of jobs after this season. Hopefully neither of the big TX schools scoop him up before Lsu.

Wasn't Coach O the one who took over for him after Kiffin was fired on the tarmac after USC's 62-41 loss to Arizona State?

Idiot LSU fans would hire Kiffin after getting rid of Les who is the most successful coach in LSU history.

What does this have to do with now and the direction of the program going forward?

They talked about this a lot this week on 104.5. Said the deal would have to get done before they would make the jump to Big 12, but didn't think that is happening any time soon.

yes coach O took over the team after he was fired. what does that have to do with anything?

him and Coach O are extremely good friends and have been for years.

If we strike out on Herman, and Jimbo then Kiffin isn't a bad option. Les from 05-11 isn't the les we have now.

Brian Kelly is the biggest glaring omission here.

Read the link, then you tell me. This is about hiring Kiffin as head coach of LSU. Is the Louisiana education system so bad nobody on this board can figure out how to click a link and then read the information provided in that link. This is not the first time I have posted this in the very thread you are responding.

If LSU doesn't get Herman or Fisher, take a look at Jeff Brohm.

I never liked Kiffin! There's always a few dumbasses on here that don't know crap. Just ignore it there's no way he's coming to Baton Rouge
