There are literally thousands of athletes that tore shite up in highschool. Its means nothing at the next level. The next level youre facing people just as talented as you are. What seperates them in cfb and the nfl is preperation.
We're not really arguing that Tyron Johnson couldn't cut it in college football are we? Last year he had 9 receptions for 150 yards and two touchdowns. He might be falling behind on the depth chart for whatever reason, but it isn't because he can't play at this level.

No chest I suppose.

Wide receivers are the biggest prima donnas in football.

Really?? Anyone got a gif of this? That's a silly move...but, freshman.

I was arguing that highschool highlights films arent a great tool to use when determining whether or not a player will make it in college athletics.
Also, what has TJ done to let you know he can play at the collegiate level? Im not saying he cant play at the collegiate level, im just saying lets not act like he is this proven commodity. Yes he is talented, but the world is filled talented people that lacked the work ethic to make it at the next level.

Not enough balls to go around. Especially when you've got the best running back in LF and in my opinion Guice is not that far behind. Best of Luck to Tyron, hate to see him go.

I think thats the move. Tony Hull is gonna have a big impact on Louisiana over there. They got a DB from Landry Walker and Daylon Charlot transferred there. He's kinda like a new version of Jaluke recruiting wise for LA

I would guess he just wants more playing time....I understand that....Good luck to you Tyron.
Forever LSU

Forever LSU

Tony Hull will be coaching at LSU before too long if he keeps recruiting like he is

He's a true sophomore with limited playing time. I'm sure he can cut it. I'd like to think it's something else other than him not being a good receiver.

He produced at a pretty high level on his limited targets last year. I think it is pretty evident he can play. He isn't just a high school guy that no one could stop. Almost 17 yards a reception is pretty legit at this level. I thought it was pretty obvious he could play.

Players leaving, street fights between players, injuries - the season already seems to be unraveling.

Couldn't handle the competition i suppose. Interested to hear the real reason why.

Starting to like the all white unis we wore against Ole Miss.
Those things are icy.

Pretty obvious? He had 9 catches. Im not saying he cant play. Im saying he isnt a proven commodity and his highschool highlights dont mean he can play. Thats it.

I was just coming to post the same thing.
My goodness those all-whites are absolutely gorgeous.
Hate we got blown out in that game, but dang they look sharp.

That is a pretty high percentage given the amount of snaps he played. It is obvious to anyone with eyes that isn't blinded by the fact that he's transferring that he has talent to play college football.
By the way, don't throw stones, 9 receptions is good enough for 6th best on the team at LSU, 4th best among WRs.
