Well, they will need to announce the new assistants for this to not look like a shite show. I could walk in with a binder showing anyone I wanted as my assistants. That doesn't mean shite until you actually hire them. How do you think a d-line coach is going to lure other coordinators away? This is stupid.

Thank you for bringing the only truthful and balanced info to the board. The smarter among us won't shoot you. I can't speak for the rabble, but a lot of them are probably O fans and will be ecstatic today.

Thanks for the info. I love what LSU is doing except for the part concerning Fisher. I'm not a fan of Fisher. LSU seems to be looking out for the university this time and covering all of their tracks in the process. They seem to be looking at the future as well. Lots of up-and-coming coaches who could potentially be of elite status.. Another few years will be more definitive for this young group of coaches, which will also be the amount of time Coach O has to prove himself. Worst case scenario: The next coach steps into a loaded program full of talent. No monetary backlash for letting O go.
