I would like to see it but only in a OOC game. Not even a P5 OOC game. Just a cupcake game.
I absolutely hate when traditional SEC teams like Ole Miss roll out these new uniform combos in conference games that have been played for a long time. It ruins tradition IMO.

I don’t care for changing the uniform at all for any number of reasons, but I especially think that changing them for supposed rent a win matchups sends the wrong message to the players about preparing at the same level for every game no matter the opponent. It all but condones taking a different approach to cupcakes.

Yea that combo looked horrible and the team played as poorly as they looked.
Dinardo got a lot of grief for wearing that outfit. The Tigers went traditional unis the rest of his tenure, except in 1996 v Vanderbilt when Rod Dowhower proved to be an a@@hole.

I mean, we have our traditional unis we wear every game except for 1) one non conference home game purple jerseys, and 2) an alternative jersey a year like the old gold against moo state in 2016 or the clean all whites. Might as well do the all purple in place of one of those.
