Not sure that its accepting more than 1 vote per IP address. Thus, the response after the 1st vote is: "Thank you. We have already counted your vote."
Probably gonna have to use multiple devices or clear cache/cookies... I could be wrong, but that makes logical sense, so as to not abuse the process.

Keep voting. It says it counted your vote but then hit return to poll and vote again. It works.

Right click to incognito in Chrome. Pop open about 10 by flipping back with alt+tab after each click. Go to other window and vote for 10. Maybe there's an easier way, but this is pretty quick. If I don't use incognito, it says my vote is already counted, and I don't see it move. In incognito mode, it moves.
